Endura: Your FRP Composite Materials Manufacturer and Technology Partner
From material development to customized manufacturing, we help turn composite material requirements into practical industrial solutions.
1. Who We Are
Endura is a composite materials brand of Nantong Lichi Composite Materials Co., Ltd., an R&D-driven manufacturer specializing in fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite materials.
We focus on the development and manufacturing of FRP grating, pultruded profiles and customized composite products for industrial, marine, offshore wind, oil & gas and new energy applications.
With in-house R&D capabilities, testing resources and multiple automated production lines, we combine material expertise with manufacturing experience to support customers with different product specifications and application requirements.
We are more than an FRP product supplier. We are a manufacturing partner for customers who need reliable products, technical support and customized composite solutions.
2. What We Do
Our business covers composite material development, product engineering and manufacturing.
FRP Grating Manufacturing
We manufacture FRP grating for industrial platforms, walkways and corrosion-prone environments.
Our product range includes different grating specifications and resin systems for applications with varying requirements for corrosion resistance, mechanical performance, slip resistance and fire behavior.
Our phenolic FRP grating has undergone Intertek testing against ASTM E84 and ASTM E119, based on the applicable product test documentation. These results support technical evaluation for projects with specific fire-performance requirements.
Pultruded FRP Profiles
We manufacture pultruded composite profiles in a wide range of cross-sectional shapes, dimensions and specifications.
Our capabilities include standard structural profiles, hollow sections, angles, channels, rods, flat bars and customized profiles, subject to tooling and manufacturing feasibility.
We also develop epoxy pultruded profiles for applications requiring specific material properties and performance characteristics.
Customized Composite Components
Not every industrial application can be served by standard products.
We work with customers to evaluate customized profile designs, dimensions, material requirements and production feasibility. By connecting product development with manufacturing, we help customers explore composite alternatives tailored to their engineering needs.
Composite Solutions for New Energy
We are also developing composite material solutions for selected new-energy applications, including components intended for lightweight structural applications and potential substitution of conventional materials.
Our approach focuses on material performance, product design and manufacturing feasibility to help customers evaluate suitable composite alternatives.
3. What We Can Offer
At Endura, our value lies not only in what we manufacture, but also in how we support our customers.
In-House R&D and Technical Support
We can engage directly with customers on material selection, profile configuration, product specifications and manufacturing feasibility.
For customized projects, technical discussions can begin with drawings, samples, target properties or application requirements.
In-House Testing Capabilities
Testing and inspection support product development and quality control.
Depending on the product and project, relevant evaluations may include mechanical testing, load testing, fire-performance testing and environmental resistance assessments.
Where independent verification is required, we can work with third-party testing organizations and provide applicable documentation for review.
Automated Manufacturing Capacity
Multiple automated production lines support the manufacture of FRP products across different specifications.
Our production capabilities enable us to serve a range of manufacturing requirements, from standard profiles to customized products, subject to tooling, production planning and order volume.
Flexible Product Customization
We understand that different customers have different drawings, dimensions, performance requirements and assembly conditions.
We can evaluate customized cross-sections, product dimensions and material systems according to project specifications and manufacturing feasibility.
Direct Manufacturer Communication
Customers can communicate directly with our manufacturing and technical teams to discuss product requirements, technical questions, samples and production arrangements.
This direct communication helps create a clearer path from initial inquiry to product evaluation and manufacturing.
4. Who We Work With
We support customers across different stages of the industrial supply chain, including:
-
OEMs and component manufacturers looking for composite profiles and customized components.
-
EPC contractors and engineering companies specifying FRP products for industrial and infrastructure projects.
-
Shipbuilders and marine suppliers evaluating corrosion-resistant and fire-performance-oriented grating solutions.
-
Offshore wind and oil & gas companies seeking materials for demanding operating environments.
-
Distributors and industrial suppliers looking for a manufacturing partner with product and technical capabilities.
-
New-energy companies exploring composite materials for selected structural and functional components.
Whether the requirement is a standard FRP product or a customized profile, our goal is to understand the application and identify a practical manufacturing approach.
5. Why Partner with Endura?
Selecting a composite supplier involves more than purchasing a finished product. It requires confidence in the manufacturer’s technical understanding, production capability and ability to support ongoing requirements.
Endura brings together four key capabilities:
R&D — Material development and product engineering.
Testing — Testing resources and performance verification support.
Manufacturing — Multiple automated production lines and composite manufacturing expertise.
Customization — Product configurations and profiles tailored to project requirements.
Together, these capabilities allow us to support customers from initial technical discussions through product development and manufacturing.
We believe a strong manufacturing partnership begins with clear communication, realistic technical evaluation and a shared understanding of project requirements.
6. Let’s Develop Your Next Composite Solution
Every project starts with a requirement: a drawing to manufacture, a material to evaluate, an existing component to improve or a product specification to meet.
At Endura, we welcome opportunities to work with customers who value manufacturing expertise, technical collaboration and long-term supply relationships.
If you are looking for an FRP manufacturer for standard products, customized pultruded profiles or application-specific composite solutions, our team is ready to discuss your requirements.
