Product Introduction

Our FRP pultruded profiles are manufactured with glass fiber as the reinforcement base, combined with a special unsaturated resin system, and formed via an automated precision pultrusion process featuring precise temperature control and high-pressure impregnation.

These pultruded composite products deliver core advantages including lightweight high strength, superior corrosion resistance, long-term anti-aging performance, and excellent dimensional stability, making them ideal for structural component applications across the construction, chemical processing, municipal engineering, and power industries.

Specific strength is 3x higher than steel, with tensile strength ≥350 MPa and flexural strength ≥450 MPa.

Corrosion & Aging Resistance

Withstands acid, alkali, salt fog, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures from -40°C to 80°C. Delivers maintenance-free outdoor service for over 20 years.

Insulation & Flame Retardancy

Volume resistivity ≥10¹² Ω·cm, dielectric strength ≥15 kV/mm. Customizable to UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating.

High precision & minimal tolerance

Cross-section deviation ≤ ±0.3mm/m, material utilization ≥ 95%. Uniform and stable specifications ensure compatibility with mass production.
